摘要
运用刘易斯模型及其相关原理,就用工单位、政府和农民工三个主体对当前中国局部地区出现的农民工短缺的异常现象进行探析,认为是三方面的共同作用造成农民工在城市就业成本不断增加,而就业收入却相对下降,最终导致上述现象的出现。因此用工单位和政府应该致力于增加其在城市就业的净收益,理顺劳动力市场的供求关系,农民工则应努力提高自身素质,以维护自己的合法权益并适应规范劳动力市场的需要。
By using Lewis' model and relevant principles, the article analyzes the present unusual phenomenon of migratory worker shortage in some areas of China, holding that it has resulted from the together operation of the three relevant parts (the government, employers and workers themselves), which have made the workers’ cost increase so that their income decreases. The employers and local government therefore should strengthen out the order of supply and demand in the labour market, try to increase the workers’ net income in cities, while the workers should make great efforts to improve their own quality in order to safeguard their own rights and try to meet the need of a standard labour market.
