摘要 简述了贵金属系、镍钴系、钒钼系铝基催化剂的特点及应用,介绍了废铝基催化剂综合利用的研究现状及最新研究进展。研究表明,从催化剂中回收贵金属,可采用湿法浸出法和火法富集;对于含钒钼废铝基催化剂采用一种新工艺,镍、钴的回收率大于95%,钒、钼的回收率为92%,铝的回收率可达90%;从钒钼系铝基催化剂提取钒、钼,可采用焙烧碱浸法和高压酸浸法。并指出了废铝基催化剂综合回收的研究方向。 The characters and applications of the Al_2O_3-based catalyst of precious metal system, nickel and cobalt system and vanadium and molybdenum system are briefly presented. The current research situation and the latest advance in comprehensive utilizasation of the spent Al_2O_3-baded catalyst are introduced. The research shows that the precious metals can be recovered from the catalyst by the wet leaching method and the fire concentration method. As for the spent Al_2O_3-based catalyst containing vanadium and molybdenum, a new process can be used. The nickel and cobalt recoveries are more than 95%. The vanadium and molgbdenum recoveries are 92%. The aluminium recovery reaches 90%. The roast alkali leaching method and the high pressure acid leaching method can be used to extract the vanadium and molybdenum from Al_2O_3-based catalyst of the vanadium and molybdemum system. The research trend of comprehensive recovery of the spent Al_2O_3-based catalyst is pointed out.
