摘要
本文主要介绍处于珠江出海口的航道上受潮湿与海水腐蚀影响,台风及通航时波浪溅袭环境下的珠江特大桥,C40大体积承台钢筋混凝土与主桥大跨度(138m+250m+138m)PC连续刚构箱梁C60高性能混凝土配比的试验研究及工程应用。根据大量的试验资料,阐述了该特大桥采用优质新型KJ-5RL缓凝高效减水剂与两种三组份胶凝材料(水泥+粉煤灰+磨细矿渣与水泥+硅灰+磨细矿渣)配制出满足设计、施工与高耐久性要求的C40和C60高性能混凝土,取得显著的技术经济效益。
The Zhu Rruer Superbridge suites at the zhu Rive port,it suffers the wet of typhoon and sea water corrosion.The experimental research and construction application of mixing of C40 mass reinforced concrete with pile cap and main bridge large span PC continious box beam (138m+250m+138m)with C60 High performance concrete introduced.According to large amount of testing materials,the superbridge utilzing new KJ-5RL superplastrcizer and zkinds of cementitious materials of three components respectively.(cement+fly ash+ground granulated slag or cement+silicate slag+fine grounded slag).The mixture meets the demanchs on design,construction and high clurability for C40 and C60 HPC.
