摘要
应用动力有限单元法程序对立井井筒周边爆破进行了计算分析,探讨了立井井筒周边爆破的机理。计算结果表明,采用不偶合装药的爆破方法时,应力波有效作用半径约为炮孔直径的8倍。因而欲利用应力波叠加原理达到在两孔连线方向上首先产生贯通裂缝的目的时,炮眼间距宜小于炮孔直径16倍。
Applying the program of FEM for dynamic response the blasting problem of the shaft periphery is calculated and analysed in this paper. The results of the calculation show that when the blasting with not-coincident powder charge is happened, the effective affecting radius of stress waves is about eight times of the diameter of the blasthole.Therefore, if the stress waves were overlapped to produce a crack linking up two orthoblastholes, the distance of two ortho-blastholes should have been less than 16 tines of the diameter of the blasthole.
