摘要 目的研究运动高血压与心肌缺血、左室肥厚的相关性。方法选择运动性高血压病人23例为观察组,同时设对照组23例。观察两组活动平板、超声心动图指标。结果观察组活动平板阳性率及超声心动图舒张期室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度和左心室重量指数,均明显高于对照组。结论运动性高血压对心肌缺血及左室肥厚具有诊断及预测价值。 Objective To explore the relationship between exercise hypertension and heart damage or hypertrophic left ventricle.Methods 23 patients with exercise hypertension were referred to observed group,and 23 patients without exercise hypertension were referred to controlled group.All the patients received treadmill test and ultrasonic cardiography.Results The positive rate of treadmill test is significantly larger in observed group than that in controlled group(65.2% VS 30.4%).In ultrasonic cardiography,left ventricular end diastolic dimension in the observed is wider than that in controlled (5.19±0.53 VS 4.76±0.68,P<0.01 );interventricular septal thickness and left ventricular posterior wall thickness in the observed are thicker;left ventricle mass index in the observed is higher(P<0.01).Conclusion Exercise hypertension might be a valuable index of diagnosis and prognostication of heart muscle ischemia and hypertrophic left ventricle.
