摘要
阐述了老年住宅建设的必要性,分析了老年人的生理、心理特征及对户型的特殊要求,从几个方面探讨了老年住宅的空间特点,以期使户型设计更好地满足使用者的要求。
This thesis illustrated the necessity of the aging residence construction, analyzed the older's physiological and mental characters & the special demand for the residence structure. In order to make the residence structure design better satisfy for the users, it also discussed the spatial specificity of the aging residence.
