根据综采设备回收过程中各工序之间的关系,利用网络计划技术对其进行改善,由串行作业改为平行作业和交叉作业,并进行了人力资源的合理配置,从而实现生产过程中人员的均衡使用,提高效率。

Based on the relation of processes in recovery of integrated-mechanized coal cutting equipment, it uses network plan technology to improve it by altering serial operation to parallel operation and cross operation and collocating human resource properly, then realizes the balance use to personnel and improves efficiency.
