浅述小型砌块外墙裂渗与设防

Leakage of outside-wall filled with small concrete block and preventive measures

结合工程实践,针对外墙裂漏现象,对其主要原因作了分析,从砌筑措施、找平层做法、墙体构造处理等方面,提出了外墙工程需采取的防裂渗措施。

Combined with practice, according to the leakage of outside wall its causing reasons are analyzed. From masonry, construction method of screed-coat, construction treatment of wall and other aspects practical crack-resistance and seepage control measures are proposed for outside wall work.
