辛伐他汀的波谱学数据和结构确证 被引量:4

摘要 对辛伐他汀的红外(IR)、紫外(UV)、质谱(MS)、氢氢相关谱(1H1HCOSY)、碳谱(13CNMR,DEPT)、碳氢相关谱(HMQC)、碳氢远程相关谱(HMBC)予以解析并进行了报道,对所有的1HNMR和13CNMR谱信号进行了归属;讨论了红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式,并且对样品进行热差和热重分析,显示该样品为单一晶型,不含结晶水。 The infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, mass spectrum, H-1-'H correlated spectroscopy (H-1-H-1 COSY), (H-1 detected) heteronuclear multiple-quantum coherence( HMQC), (H-1 detected) heteronuclear multiple-bond coherence(HMBC) of simvastatin were reported and interpreted. All the H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and C-13 NMR chemical shift were assigned by means of H-1-H-1 COSY, HMQC and HMBC. The vibrations of functional groups of this compound were discussed.
