摘要
研究了干旱胁迫下抗旱性不同的大豆品种开花期生理生化特性的变化与抗旱性的关系。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加重,叶片的细胞膜透性、可溶性糖(WSS)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量都有明显增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则表现为胁迫前期略有上升后期下降。细胞膜透性、WSS和游离Pro含量的变化与大豆抗旱性密切相关,抗旱性强的品种WSS和游离Pro积累强度大于抗旱性弱的品种,细胞膜透性的增加则是抗旱性强的品种小于抗旱性弱的品种。而MDA含量、SOD活性的变化与抗旱性的关系在不同抗旱性品种中没有表现出明显的规律性。
A study on the physiological-biochemical changes of different soybean varieties under drought stress was carried out. The results showed that cell membrane injury, WSS, free proline, malonaldehyde (MDA) were increased obviously with the increase of drought stress and activity of superoxygen dismutase (SOD) was increased a little in earlier stage and decreased in later stage. Different contents of cell membrane injury, WSS and free proline were correlated with drought-resistance ability of soybean, WSS and free proline of the variety with better drought-resistance ability was more than that of the weaker ones, while the increase of cell membrane injury led to the variety with better drought-resistance ability was less than that of the weaker ones. But that content of MDA and activity of SOD did not exhibit obvious regularity with drought-resistance in different varieties.
