3种消毒方法用于烧伤科病房空气消毒效果的评价

Evaluate Disinfection Effect with Three Sterilizing Ways in Burn Ward

目的:通过评价紫外线照射、电热空气消毒片及络合氯环境防疫消毒片消毒液3种消毒方法对烧伤科病房空气的消毒效果,为选择合适的方法进行烧伤科病房空气消毒提供依据。方法:对医院烧伤科病房进行随机分组,采用3种方法对病房空气进行消毒,空气微生物采样及细菌培养,对数据进行统计学处理。结果:3种方法对病房空气消毒后灭菌率分别为56.3%、76.3%和87.1%,经t检验3种方法灭菌率差异有显著性(P<0.01);灭菌合格率分别为60.7%、83.3%和96.4%,经χ2检验3种方法消毒后合格率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:烧伤科病房3种消毒方法中,紫外线照射消毒效果较差,电热空气消毒片消毒效果居中,络合氯环境防疫消毒片消毒液消毒效果最好,是一种简便、快速、安全、有效的病房空气消毒方法。

Objective The study was designed to evaluate the effect of different kinds of disinfection ways which contain ultraviolet irradiation, galvanothermy air sterilizing piece, sterilizing liquid the results of the study provided the evidence for choosing proper ways to sterilize the air of burn wards. Methods Then we obtain various kinds of air samples and different results of bacterium culture. Finally we use the statistic method to analyze the data.Results The rates of sterilization are 56.3%,76.3% and 87.1% with differentsterilizing ways and there is a statistically signifioant difference by T-test(P<0.01).The rates of cligibility are 60.7%,83.3% and 96.4% and the statistically difference is significant by chi-square test(P<0.01).Conclusion Among the three ways the sterilizing effect of ultraviolet irradiation is the worst, galvanothermy air sterilizing piece is better, while sterilizing liquid is considered to be the best which is a simple, speedy,safe and effective method.
