摘要
CNDI患儿早期延误治疗,易影响智能发育,本文对27例CNDI患儿检测结果,平均IQ84.50±13.31、SQ9.80±0.41,比对照组平均IQ97.3±11.58、SQ10.12±0.41明显降低(P均<0.001),并有2例精神发育迟滞(IQ<69,SQ8)。因此,及早诊断治疗,对CNDI患儿智能正常发展有重要意义。
The children with CNDI forfeited a chance for treatment are easy affected in their intelligent development. In this paper we studied the IQ and SQ in the 27 cases of children with CNDI. The result indicated that mean IQ 84. 50±13. 31 and mean SQ9. 80±0. 41 in children with CNDI were significantly lower than those IQ 97. 12±11. 58 SQ 10. 12±0. 42 in normal children ( P <0. 001),and that 2 of 27 cases suffered from mental retardation. Therefore, it is important to diagnose and to treat the disease early for intelligent development of children with CNDI.
