摘要
近十年来经编在机器高速化、控制电子化、功能多样化、操作便利化、设计电脑化和管理网络化等方面都有飞速的发展,现代经编机已完全成为一种现代化的设备。机器速度达到3600r/min,梳栉达到95把,起花的可能性大大提高,进一步扩大了产品的应用范围。讲座介绍了国内外经编设备和技术的最新发展,阐述了一些经编新概念和技术特征,分析了一些典型机构的结构与工作原理,并对计算机技术与信息技术在经编中的应用进行了探讨。
In recent years, rapid development has been made in high-speed warp knitting as well as its electronic control, diversification of function, convenience of operation, computerization of design, and network management and so on. The warp knitting machine today has become a kind of modern equipment. The machine speed up to 3 600 rpm has been achieved and even 95 bars have been equipped with, therefore, the possibility of patterning has been greatly improved and the range of application has also been further broadened. In this paper, the latest development of the warp knitting equipment and technology of both at home and abroad is introduced, and the new concepts and technological characteristics of the warp knitting are also been expounded. And study is also made on the structure and working principle of some typical mechanisms as well as on the application of the computer and communication technology in the warp knitting industry.
