摘要 介绍了空心微珠的特性。选用不同粒径的空心微珠对织物进行涂层整理,并测试了整理后的抗热辐射性能。实验表明,随着布面空心微珠含量的增加,其抗热辐射效果提高,但超过一定值时,布面温度会升高。粒径大小对抗热辐射效果有影响,对于同等质量的空心微珠,粒径越小,抗热辐射效果越好。空心微珠经过金属镀层处理后,对可见光、近红外的反射能力都有所下降。与金属镀层织物相比,空心微珠涂层织物不仅可以获得抗热辐射效果,而且布面温度不会有明显上升。 The chacteristics of cellshpere are introduced in this article. The fabric is coated with different size of cellshperes with its related anti-heat radiation property tested. The result shows that the better the effect against heat radiation is, the more the cellsphere is used, but the surface temperature of the fabric is rised. The size of cellshpere has an effect on its anti-heat radiation with small cellsphere better than the larger one. The reflectivity to the visible and near infrared ray will be dropped as cellshpere is plated with metal such as silver and nickle. Compared with metal coated fabric, the fabric coated with cellshpere not only meets anti-heat radiation ability, but also keeps fabrics temperature not to rise quickly.
