特发性智能迟缓病因研究的进展

ADVANCES OF THE ETIOLOGIC STUDY OF THE CHILD WITH IDIOPATHIC MENTAL RETARDATION

近年来分子、细胞遗传学的发展,各先进技术如CT、MRI、PET等的开展,临床上对以往不明原因的智能迟缓的病因研究有了可喜的进展。本文阐述了特发性智能迟缓病因一染色体异常、中枢神经系统畸形,多种先天性异常及其它有关因素四个方面的进展情况,有助于临床医生对特发性智能迟缓儿童的评价。

Recent years with the progress in the fields of molecular genetics and cyto-genetics ,the development of the all kind of advanced techniques such as CT,MRI,PET. We have produced many exciting advances on the etiologic studies to identify previously unknown causes of mental retardation in the clinics. In this article. We state the advances of the causes of idiopathic mental retardation from four fields including chromosomal anomalies, central nervous system malformations, mental retardation with multiple congenital anomalies and other related etiologic factors. It helps clinical doctors to evaluate children with idiopathic mental retardation.
