摘要 目的观察游泳对新生儿生长发育的影响。方法产科分娩的新生儿354例,根据家属意愿,分为游泳组和对照组。游泳组(沐浴+游泳)223例,游泳内容分为10min的水中被动游泳操和自主游两部分。对照组(沐浴)131例,单纯进行常规沐浴。观察两组体质量和大便情况、7d平均总摄入奶量、平均每天睡眠时间和胆红素值变化情况,两组新生儿均为母婴同室母乳喂养,母婴无妊娠合并症及并发症,分娩方式、新生儿出生体质量、Apgar评分均无显著性差异,P>0.05。结果游泳组出生后第7天生理性体质量下降基本恢复,体质量为(3390±350)g,对照组体质量恢复较慢,第7天体质量为(3090±380)g,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.0001;大便初排时间和大便转黄时间游泳组较对照组分别缩短了(2.0±2.8)h和(9.0±11.8)h,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.0001;7d总摄奶量游泳组为(2360±156)ml,对照组(1930±142)ml,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.0001;两组平均每天睡眠时间比较,有显著性差异,P<0.01;第5天、第7天新生儿胆红素值两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.0001。结论新生儿游泳对提前胎便初排时间、胎便转黄时间,促进生理性体质量下降的恢复,改善睡眠质量,增加摄奶量和减轻新生儿生理性黄疸有着重要的作用,对新生儿发育有较好的影响。 Objective To study the influence of swimming on the growth development of newborns. Methods According to relatives' wishes,354 cases of newborns born in the obstetrics department of our hospital were divided into the swimming group (bathing and swimming) of 223 cases,having passive swimming exercises and active swimming in the water for ten minutes,and the control group (bathing) of 131 cases,simply bathing. The changes of weight and stool,the average intake of milk within 7 days,the average sleeping time and the changes of bilirubin were observed. The infants of two groups both lived with mother in the same room and accepted breast feeding,and mothers and infants had no complications of pregnancy. Mode of labor,newborn's weight and Apgar scores had no significant difference(P>0.05). Results In the swimming group,newborns recovered physiologic weight extenuation on the seventh day after they were born and their weights were (3 390±350)g,while in control group,newborns recovered the weight in a slower way and their weights were (3 090±380)g. When two groups were compared,there was significant difference (P<0.0001). The time of first ejection of stool and that of stool's turning yellow in swimming group were shortened by (2.0±2.8)h and (9.0±11.8)h,and there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.0001). The average intake of milk within seven day after birth were (2 360±156)ml in swimming group and (1 930±142)ml in control group,and there was significant difference (P<0.0001). In addition,there were significant differences in average sleeping hours per day and the value of newborn's bilirubin on the fifth and seventh day between two groups (P<0.01 and P<0.0001). Conclusion Swimming plays an important role in moving up the time of meconium's first ejection and turning yellow,recovering physiologic weight extenuation and improving sleeping quality,increasing the intake of milk and decreasing the physiologic jaundice of newborns,which produces good influence on newborn's growth.
