摘要
目的评价跟腱断裂患者的舒适护理效果。方法2002年5月-2004年8月38例跟腱断裂患者采用舒适护理:心理、患足皮肤、体位、功能恢复的舒适护理。通过观察疗效,评价舒适护理前后效果。结果跟腱断裂患者舒适护理前后效果比较,经秩和检验,P<0.01,有显著性差异。说明舒适护理后效果优于舒适护理前。结论认为跟腱断裂患者的舒适护理,有效地帮助患者减轻痛苦,最大可能地获得舒适,减少并发症,利于功能的康复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comfort care in patients with rupture of Achilles tendon. Methods Patients were Thirty-eight patients from May 2002 to August 2004 were applied comfort care,including comfort care of psychology,skin of sick foot,posture,function rehabilitation. The effect of application was evaluated by observing curative effect. Results There was significant difference in the curative effect between before and after the application of comfort care,which showed that comfort care had better effect than general care(P<0.01). Conclusion The authors argue that application of comfort care in nursing patient with rupture of Achilles tendon can reduce patient's suffering and complication,make patient feel comfort to the fullest extent and help to recover the function.
