内镜下高频电刀烧灼并支架置入治疗支气管肺癌的护理

Nursing of bronchogenic carcinoma patients treated with endoscopic high frequency electric knife combining with stent implantatition

报道了20例中央型肺癌患者,在内镜下行高频电刀烧灼并支架置入术治疗,对其实施相应的护理,包括术前减轻患者的紧张情绪,备齐各种器械和急救用品;术中密切配合,观察患者呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度的变化,发现异常及时处理;术后观察出血情况和进行健康指导。20例患者取得了良好的治疗效果,无严重并发症发生。

The authors reported 20 center type lung cancer patients treated with endoscopic high frequency electric knife combining with stent implantatition. They were given corresponding nursing,which included:alleviating patients' stress and preparing all equipments and articles preoperatively; observing their breath,heart rate as well as SpO2 and treating in time if abnormity was found during operation; observing haemorrhage and giving health guidance to patients postoperatively. Good curative effects were achieved in all 20 patients with no serious complications occurring.
