胺碘酮所致不良反应的观察

Nursing observation of adverse reaction caused by amiodarone

通过对60例口服胺碘酮患者的用药观察,出现肺毒性、心脏毒性、甲状腺毒性等不良反应,并实施相应的护理干预,即向患者详细介绍药物使用方法、做好服药的指导,让患者学会识别药物使用过程中出现不良反应的症状,严密观察、及时处理,能有效减少或者阻止这些不良反应的发生,提高胺碘酮的治疗效果。

Through observing 60 patients with adverse reaction of pulmonary toxicity,heart toxicity and thyroid gland toxicity who having amiodarone,the authors put forward corresponding nursing intervention as follows:introducing the usage of medicine to patients in detail,making patients tell the different symptoms of adverse reaction during using medicine and observing closely. All these can prevent or alleviate the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the clinical effect of amiodarone.
