一次哺乳过程中乳汁脂肪的动态变化

摘要 本文选择产后6~12周33例乳母,测定其1次哺乳过程中在哺乳前、哺乳后5分钟及10分钟乳汁中脂肪的含量,其结果三阶段脂肪浓度分别为28.5±17.1g/L,47,3±19.3g/L,和67.4±21.1g/L,哺乳后5分钟及10分钟乳汁中脂肪含量分别较哺乳前增加约2倍和4倍。因而对于有脂肪消化不良的婴儿,建议喂养前5分钟的乳汁。此外,乳汁脂肪层高度占总乳汁层高度的百分比与乳汁脂肪浓度高度相关,应用公式Y=O.1127x+2.1175可简便、快速地估计乳汁中脂肪的含量。 33 breast feeding women were selected 6 to 12 weeks post partum. During the feeding time fat content of human milk was measured at the beginning of the feeding, 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the feeding . Fat content in three periods is 28.5±17. 1g/L, 47. 3±19. 3g/L and 67. 4±21.1g/L respectively . Fat content in the second and third periods is 2 times and 4 times higher than that of the first period. So we suggest that infants with fat indigestion be fed first 5 minute milk. Furthermore, there is a highly relationship between fat content and the ratio of height of fat layer to the height of milk. Fat content can be estimated easily and rapidly by the formula Y = 0. 1127x + 2. 1175
