C-反应蛋白检测在急性冠脉综合征中的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的C-反应蛋白(CRP)是最常用的炎症指标,急性冠脉综合征(ACS)病程中观察CRP的变化,以了解CRP同动脉粥样硬化进展的关系。方法对40例ACS患者于入院时、1周、1个月时,分别测CRP,对照组是30例体检健康志愿者。结果ACS患者组CRP值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CRP可能是动脉粥样硬化病变进展过程中反映疾病演进的重要标志。
