摘要
民族地区由于相对偏远落后,受封建残余思想、现行政治体制弊端及国民素质落后等因素的影响,其政治文明建设显现出一定的困难和不足,深入研究民族地区政治文明建设,对构建和谐社会、全面建设小康社会具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
There are some difficulties in constructing political civilization in mmonty regions, owing to relative remote and backward,the malady of current political system,the backward of people's quality and being affected by the remnants of feudalism. Studying the political civilization construction in the minority region is of great theoretical and practical importance for building a harmonious society and a well-off society in an all-round way.
