摘要
绿色壁垒已成为发达国家限制发展中国家产品出口的贸易保护措施之一。了解绿色壁垒的产生背景、法律依据及表现形式,分析其对我国对外贸易的影响,寻找措施和对策,有益于从容应对。
Green barrier has already become one of the trade protective measures that the developed country has used to limit developing country's products export. This paper has introduced formulation background, legal basis and form of expression of the green barrier,and analyzed its impact on our country's foreign trade. It also put forward relevant countermeasures on this basis.
