面对电力供需矛盾十分突出的现状,推动需求侧管理的开展,树立需求侧管理的新思想、新理念,实现电力生产和消费的合理化、节约能源、提高能效、保护环境,创造供电方、用电方、节能设备制造商及全社会共赢的局面。

Faced with the severe contradiction between the supply and the demand of electricity, we should promote the implementation of demand side management (DSM) and build the new idea and conception of DSM so as to realize the target of producing and consuming electricity rationally, saving energy, improving efficiency, protecting environment and creating the common benefits among the power provider,power user,equipment manufacturer and the whole society.
