Legal reasoning is a kind of creative legal practice, which not only generally exists in activities of legislation,law enforcement and judicature, but also is influenced by various kinds of values such as the social values,political values,cultural values,moral values,etc. In order to improve the law-executor' s legal reasoning ability, we should attach importance to improvement of their humane quality besides enriching their law professional knowledge.
