诚信是我国公民应遵循的基本道德规范,也是市场经济健康发展的道德灵魂。加强诚信建设,当前要注意正确认识和处理诚实与守信、道德与利益、诚信与明善、自诚与他信、自律与监督、继承与创新等关系。培养诚信品质,要重视理性认识,坚持实践体验,持之以恒,“积善成德”。

Credibility is not only the basic ethic criterion of our citizen but also morals soul of sound development of market economy. To enhance the credibility construction, several relations should be understood and handled well such as the relations between honesty and faith, morals and interests, self-honest and others-honest, self-discipline and supervise, inheritance and innovation, etc. To develop credibility, we should attach importance to rational knowledge, stick to practice and experience, and so become the person of having the quality of 'charity and morality '.
