文章着眼于民族区域自治制度的完善与发展,解读了《国务院实施〈中华人民共和国民族区域自治法〉若干规定》在促进民族自治地方经济社会发展、强化民族区域自治法律实施监督方面的创新和具体举措,指出了在构建民族区域自治法律解释制度方面还需努力的方向。

Aimed at development and perfection of regional national autonomy system, this paper makes an analysis of the new ideas and measures of 'State Council's Some Regulations of Putting into Effect 'P. R. China Regional National Autonomy Law'' that promote the economic and social development of regional national autonomy. It is pointed out that there are some room for improvement in the aspect of establishing the interpretation system of regional national autonomy.
