植物民间分类、利用与文化象征——云南新平傣族植物传统知识研究

Folk Classification and Utilization of Plants, and Their Cultural Symbols——Dai Nationality's Traditional Ideas about Plants in Xinping, Yunnan

植物民间分类、利用和文化象征构成了植物传统知识的主体。本文在田野调查的基础上,从生态人类学和象征人类学的视角出发,通过对新平傣族植物传统知识的研究,探讨了其植物分类的基本原理、采集利用的传统知识以及植物在村寨、家庭、婚礼和葬礼中的象征意义,从而揭示了新平傣族植物的分类、利用以及象征之间的相互关系,提出了认知体系—利用体系—信仰体系三位一体的传统知识的构成框架,以及新平傣族生活世界中的二元结构及其与植物的相互关系。

Folk classification and utilization of plants, and cultural symbol are the main body of the traditional knowledge of plants. This paper makes a study of the general principles of folk plant classification, the traditional knowledge of wild plant collections and utilizations and the cultural symbols of plant and the relationships among them, sets up the frame of traditional knowledge, namely the systems of cognition, utilization and beliefs, and reveals the binary structures in the world of Xinping Dai people's life, and its relation with plants.
