摘要
构成企业文化竞争力的要素主要有学习创新能力、管理创新能力和技术创新能力。提高企业文化竞争力,要结合企业面临的内外部竞争环境,推进企业文化与管理整合,对企业内部资源和外部资源进行重组与整合,加强人力资源管理,推进企业制度创新和激励机制创新。
The elements of competitiveness of enterprise culture mainly include learning creativity, administrative creativity and technical creativity. To promote the competitiveness, it is necessary to combine the external and internal competition environments confronting the enterprise, advance the adjustment of enterprise culture to administration, implement the recombination and readjustment among between the internal and external resources, strengthen the management of human resources, and motivate enterprise institutional innovation and inspiring system innovation.
