走向行动定向的儿童研究:国内外儿童福利政策研究及启示

通过比较国内外儿童福利及福利政策的差距,来探讨未来儿童研究的行动定向。儿童研究不仅是理论问题,更是实践行动问题。在反思我国儿童福利政策不足的基础上,应该加强儿童问题的行动定向研究,发挥儿童行动定向研究对福利政策执行的监督作用,为政府出台儿童福利政策提供科学依据。

This paper, through comparisons of children welfare policies at home and abroad, puts forward the notion of research on children action orientation in the future. Researches on children are not only theoretical issues, but also issues of practical actions. On the basis of reflection upon our country's insufficient children welfare policies, we should intensify children action orientation research, give play to the supervision function of the children action orientation researches upon welfare policy executions, and provide scientific rationales to the government for promulgating children welfare policies.
