中西医两法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床研究

Clinical study of 105 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis treated by TCM strong bone capsule and caltrate

目的:筛选与评价安全、有效、可长期口服的防治骨质疏松(OP)药物。方法:分别用中药壮骨胶囊及西药钙尔奇D治疗105例绝经后OP患者,选择骨密度(BMD)、血清骨钙素(BGP)、降钙素(CT)、雌二醇(E2)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)等为观察指标。结果:中药治疗后BMD及血清CT、E2较治疗前升高,西药治疗后BMD、BGP、E2均较治疗前升高。其中中药治疗后较治疗前BMD平均上升5.42%,而西药治疗后较治疗前升高3.07%。血AKP、Ca、P两组治疗前后无显著性差异。治疗前Ⅲ度OP患者的BMD明显低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ度。中药治疗后Ⅱ、Ⅲ度OP患者的BMD低于Ⅰ度;60岁年龄组的BMD显著低于40岁年龄组。结论:中药壮骨胶囊及西药钙尔奇D对绝经后OP治疗均有效,前者疗效似更好。

Objective:To screen and evaluate safe,effective and oral administration drugs for osteoporosis.Methods:74 patients of postmenopausal osteoporosis were treated by traditional Chinese medicine strong bone capsule and 31 patients with caltrate(Calcium preparation).Bone mineral density(BMD),and bone glaprotein (BGP),calcitonin(CT),estradiol(E\-2),alkaline phosphatase (AKP),calcium(Ca) and phophorus(P)in serum of patients were regarded as observation index.Results:BMD,CT and E\-2 of patients in post-treated with traditional Chinese medicine were higher than that in ant-treated.BMD,BGP and E\-2 in serum of patients in post-treated were higher than that of ant-treated with caltrate respectively.The average of BMD was increased by 5.42% in post-treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and by 3.07% in post-treated with caltrate.AKP,Ca,P in serum of patients were not significant differentiation in ant- and post-treated among traditional Chinese medicine and caltrate.BMD of three-degree patients of osteoporosis was lower than that of one- and two-degree in ant-treated.BMD of two- and three-degree of osteoporosis patients were lower than that of one-degree in post-treated with traditional Chinese medicine.BGP of 60-aged was lower than that of 40-aged.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine strong bone capsule and caltrate are all effective in treating and preventing osteoporosis,and the former is likely better.
