摘要
对重庆市武隆烟区田间烟草进行了病毒病病原种类的调查和鉴定。26个烟草样品经ELISA共检测到TMV,CMV,PVY及TuMV等4种病毒。所有样品均感染TMV,且病毒复合侵染严重,其中,以TMV,TuMV,CMV及PVY等4种病毒的复合侵染为主,侵染率达30.77%。ELISA结果表明,复合侵染的样品中TMV含量最高,TuMV含量最低。
In an investigation of the virus types infecting tobacco plants in the fields of Chongqing's Wulong county,all the tobacco samples (were found to be) taken in the study were infected with TMV (tobacco mosaic virus). All samples were involved in the co-infection of TMV, TuMV(Turnip mosaic virus), PVY (potato Y virus),and CMV (cucumber mosaic virus). About 30.77% of the infections were caused by a mixture of these 4 viruses. ELISA results revealed that highest titer of TMV and lowest concentration of TuMV occurred in the mixed infection.
