10个玉米自交系株型性状的配合力分析 被引量:16

摘要 按(P1×P2)不完全双列杂交设计,分析了10个玉米自交系的株高、穗位高、茎周长、雄穗长度、雄穗分枝数、叶面积、叶向值和叶形系数8个株型性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力和相应的遗传参数。结果表明:在选配杂交组合时,雄穗长度、叶面积和叶形系数的选择应着重双亲的选择,叶向值、雄穗分枝数和茎周长的选择应兼顾双亲和杂交组合的表现,株高和穗位高的选择则可放宽对双亲表现的要求,着重对杂交组合的表现进行评价。在自交系选育中,雄穗长度、叶面积、叶形系数和雄穗分枝数宜早代选择,茎周长、株高、穗位高和叶向值宜晚代选择。 An incomplete diallel crossing experiment was conducted to analyze general and specific combining ability and their corresponding genetic parameters of 8 plant-type characters in 10 maize inbreds. The results showed that focus should be placed on the selection of parents of the cross in selection for tassel main axis length, leaf area and leaf shape coefficient; the performance of both the parents and their hybrids should paid equal attention to in selection for leaf orientation value, tassel branch number and stem diameter, and priority should be given to the performance of the hybrids in selection for plant height and ear height. For inbred breeding, it is recommended that selection for tassel main axis length, leaf area, leaf shape coefficient and tassel branch number be made in earlier generations and selection for stem diameter, plant height, ear height and leaf orientation value be conducted in advanced generations.
