介绍了“服务”的内涵和图书馆服务的发展历程,提出了提高图书馆服务质量的措施,包括树立良好的服务理念,建立良好的服务环境,培养高素质的员工,创新服务内容和建立特色服务等。
This paper introduces the connotation of the 'service' and the developing history of library's service, puts forward some measures for improving the quality of library's service, which include establishing the good service conception, building the good service environment, cultivating the personnel with higher quality, innovating the service contents, and providing the characteristic service, etc.
