介绍了现代电子阅览室的优势及其特点和主要工作内容,针对目前电子阅览室在服务与管理等方面存在的不足,提出了改进电子阅览室服务质量的策略。
This paper introduces the superiorities, features andmain working contents of the modern E-reading room, and in the light of the shortages existing in the service and the management of E-reading room at present, puts forward some countermeasures for improving E-reading room's service quality.
