Through the research on enterprise's fixed managerial model formed long time ago, this paper puts forward some new ideas for enterprise's managerial innovation, analyzes on the competitive situation faced by the enterprise, and points out that the enterprise should receive the conception of the modern management, increase the managerial ability, establish enterprise's managerial system, and promoting enterprise's managerial innovation with the conception of the scientific development.
