This paper makes detailed discussion on the relation between international trade law and international economy law, and points out that there are close connections between the two laws, the regulating objects of the two laws include the international factors, the two laws possess the same legal origin, and belong to the same legal system, and there are essential distinguishes between the two laws, the regulating objects and normality natures of the two laws are different, and they belong to different departments.
