摘要
报道了通过实验研究淀积条件对非晶硒化镉(α-CdSe)薄膜的微区结构及光吸收性能的影响。在此基础上寻求该样品微区结构对光吸收性能产生影响的规律性。
In relation to an amorphous cadmium selenide film, the authors investigate experimentally the effect of deposition conditions dn its micro-area structure and optical absorption, followed by the description of exploration for the regularity of the effect of its micro-area structure on its optical absorption.
