Research on the Investment and Development Model of Logistics Park

近几年,物流园区建设成为国内各级政府关注重点,但物流园区建设的成功案例并不多。本文将国外公共基础设施建设中的PPP(public-private-partnership)开发模式引入物流园区的建设开发中,通过对PPP模式的内涵分析和模式分类,设计了三种物流园区PPP开发模式,并提出了采用PPP模式开发物流园区时应注意的问题。

Construction of logistics park becames a focus of government in these years, but there are few successful cases. The paper introduces the public-private-partnerships model into the construction and development of logistics park, which is usually used in public infrastructure construction. Through the connation analysis and model classify, the paper designs three PPP models for the construction of logistics park, and indicates some related issues which need attention in practice.
