Analysis of "Prisoner's Dilemma" for Knowledge Sharing

知识经济时代,知识成为企业最重要的战略性资源,知识管理是企业获得持久竞争优势的源泉。知识管理的主要目标是实现知识共享,而如何实现知识共享是知识管理面临的最大挑战。本文基于对知识及其特性的阐述,通过分析知识共享中的“囚徒困境”现象,指出了知识共享的难点所在,并给出了构建和完善企业知识共享机制的内容和途径。

Knowledge became the most important strategic resources in the times of Knowledge-based economy and knowledge management is the sources of sustainable development for enterprise. Knowledge Management aims to implement knowledge sharing. However, how to implement knowledge sharing is the hardest challenge in knowledge management. Based on the expatiation of knowledge's characteristics and 'prisoner's dilemma' for knowledge sharing, this paper points out the difficulties of knowledge sharing and presents the approaches to construct and consummate the mechanism of enterprise's knowledge sharing.
