At present, in China logistics industry has been in the ascendant. As a way to control the process, the technology of SPC uses mathematical statistics and theory of probability and finds out the abnormal conditions during the process of logistics in time so that it can take measures immediately to make the process of logistics be constantly under the control. The technology of SPC is scientific management before the logistics, and it is also the first step to success of logistics. The article illustrates the specific application of SPC in logistics industry and during this process we need pay attention to some problems.
