产业集群以其特有的群体优势,已逐渐成为发展区域经济,提升国际竞争力的有效途径。但在其发展过程中,也伴随着出现了一系列诸如资源短缺、集群污染等问题。本文试图运用循环经济理论来解决这些问题,并进一步探索产业集群发展新模式。

Industry has gradually become an effective way for developing the regional economy and promoting the international competitiveness with its peculiar colony advantage. But in the course of its development, a series of problems such as resource shortage, cluster pollution etc, will produce accordingly. The text attempts to solve these problems using the circular economy theories, and explore the new model of industry cluster's development in a further way.
