磁性超微粉的结构分析

THE STRUCTURE ANALYSIS OF THE MAGNETIC ULTRAFINE-PARTICLE

利用广角X射线衍射技术对晶态磁性超微粒子材料进行测试,根据测定的试样衍射线方向和衍射强度数据用布拉格定律作分析处理,求得衍射晶面间距和衍射线的相对衍射强度比等参数。按照JCPDS文件检索以确定材料晶体结构。

The crystal structure of the ultrafine-particle material is analysed by using wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) technique. The crystal plane parameter is computed by using the Bragg equation according to diffracted direction and intensities of example. Then, the material structure is determined in accordance with the JCPDS file.
