摘要
对膜法油气回收的工艺过程进行了模拟计算,并结合实验,考察了进气压力、渗透侧压力、透余气体浓度、回收率和透过率(透过气与进料气的体积比)等工艺操作条件对膜面积和功率的影响;得出了回收过程的最佳工艺条件:进气压力0.4~0.5MPa,渗透侧压力0.04~0.05MPa,透余气浓度35~40g/m3,回收率90%~92%;并提出了一种研究膜法油气回收过程的新思路:采用数学模拟技术优化回收过程的工艺条件以减小操作条件的探索工作量。
The oil and gas recovery process with membrane was calculated and the effects of operating conditions such as inlet pressure, permeation pressure, concentration of non-permeated gas, recovery yield and permeation ratio on required membrane areas and power comparing with the experimental results were inspected. The optimum operating conditions were obtained:inlet pressure 0.4~ 0.5MPa, permeation pressure 0.04~ 0.05MPa, concentration of non-permeated gas 35~40g/m^3, recovery yield 90%~92%. Thus, a new research method for oil and gas recovery technology with membrane was put forward. The operating conditions were optimized with mathematical simulation to reduce the load of exploratory work.
