摘要
将工业废渣磷石膏与粉煤灰用于钻井废泥浆固化处理,它们在水泥和生石灰的激发作用下发生水化硬化反应,形成具有多孔骨架吸附能力的固结物,其抗压强度可达2.6MPa。固结物浸毒实验表明,浸出液污染指标达到国家标准(GB8978-1996)第二类石油类污染物允许排放浓度。
The experimental investigation was made to the solidification of drilling waste slurries added with phosphogypsum and cinder ashes. These two industrial wastes will be activated and hydrated with cement and calcium oxide. The formed concrete have a porous framework with a mechanic strength of compressing resistance as high as 2.6 MPa. The porous structures in the solidified substances present certain adsorption abilities. The leaching tests indicate that the contamination contents are lower than that allowed by the Standard Code (GB 8978-1996) for oil drilling wastewater. It demonstrated a promising application for phosphogypsum and cinder ashes in wastewater treatment in oil drilling industry.
