"十五"计划以来,黑龙江省经济一直保持较快的增长势头,其中投资对增长的作用尤为突出。因此,对于固定资产投资与经济增长关系的认识准确与否,不仅关系到对我省过去投资效益的评价,同时也对我省经济在未来发展中如何更好地发挥投资对经济增长的促进作用,具有重要的指导意义。

Over past four years, the economy of Heilongjiang kept high speed to develop. In the process of economic growth, the fixed assets investment plays an important role. Therefore, it is essential for us to examine the relationship between fixed assets investment and output. In this article, the authors do research into that relationship from the view of the transformation of Parameter of fixed assets investment and the method of econometric analysis.
