不同介质对甲壳胺-替加氟缓释作用的影响

摘要 目的研究甲壳胺-替加氟缓释片在不同介质中的释放性质。方法以甲壳胺为辅料,采用湿颗粒法制备甲壳胺-替加氟缓释片,分别以盐酸溶液(0.1mol/L)、磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.8)、蒸馏水为介质采用转篮法测定其释药情况,并与市售替加氟片作对比。结果甲壳胺-替加氟缓释片在0.1mol/L盐酸溶液中可持续释放达12h以上,而在蒸馏水及磷酸盐缓冲液中1h已释放达90%以上。结论甲壳胺-替加氟缓释片的缓释作用对介质pH值的依赖性较强。 Objective To study the release characteristics of chitosan-tegafur sustained-release tablets in different solvents. Methods Sustained tablets were prepared by direct compressing with an excipient of chitosan,and the release characteristics of the tablets were evaluated in 0.1 mol/L HCL;solution of phosphate(pH6.8); distilled water and compared with market tegafur tablets.Results The sustained-tablets could maintain release of tegafur in 0.1 mol/L HCL above 12h;but the release characteristics in distilled water and solution of phosphate are 90% in 1h. Conclusion The sustained action of chitosan-tegafur depends on the pH value of the solvents.
