摘要 研究了室温条件下,不同浓度的ICC处理黄金梨的贮藏效果、果实呼吸强度的变化以及在贮藏期间梨果Vc、总糖、多酚、可滴定酸含量的变化。结果表明:黄金梨采后呼吸强度很高,没有明显呼吸高峰出现;随着贮藏期的延长,梨果实Vc含量和可滴定酸含量逐渐减少,总糖含量在前期略有下降,中期上升,后期再下降;多酚含量呈现先升后降的趋势;2mg/kgICC处理黄金梨的贮藏效果最佳,贮藏20d后好果率可达92.3%,虎皮病情指数为2.6%,果实失重率仅为3.1%。 s: Changes in quality and physiology of Whangkeumbae were studied under different concentration of Ionized copper concentrate (ICC) at room temperature. Experimental results showed that there was no respiration climacteric peak during storage of Whangkeumbae after harvest, both Vc content and titratable acid content decreased constantly during storage, total sugar content decreased slightly in the early times then accumulated to a climax and decreased in the later times. However poly-phenol content increased and then decreased. After 20 days storage the quality of fruits with 2 mg/kg of ICC treatment was better than the others, and good fruit rate reached 92.3%,scale index 2.6%,weight-loss rate only 3.1%.
