摘要
试验采用砂培的方法,研究了不同浓度的铜对2个品种新几内亚凤仙生长发育及花色的影响。结果表明,新几内亚凤仙红花和紫花品种对不同铜浓度供应的反应不同。当营养液中铜浓度为3.2×10-7mol/L时,2个品种植株体内的可溶性糖含量和花色素苷的含量高且花色深,紫花品种开花数多且花朵直径大;铜浓度为3.2×10-6mol/L时,2个品种植株的根活力和生物量最大,红花品种开花数和花朵直径最大。
The effects of copper on the growth and flower color of Impatiens hawkeri were studied through solution sand culture. The results showed that two cultivars of Impatiens hawkeri had different response to different copper supply. When copper concerntrition was 3.210^(-7) mol/L in nutrient solution, two cultivars had the highest contents of resolvable sugar, anthocyanin and the deepest flower color. For the cultivar 'Hamony Violet', this copper treatment had the biggest flower diameter and the most flowers among all copper treatments. When copper concerntrition was 3.210^(-6) mol/L, two cultivars had the highest root activity and biomass. For the cultivarand 'Hamony Super Red', this Cu treatment had the biggest flower diameter and the most flowers among all Cu treatments.
