原子吸收法测定棉株体内铜元素的含量

摘要 用原子吸收分光光度法分别测定了喷施氨基酸铜和喷施清水后,接种棉花黄萎病菌的感病棉株的根、茎、叶中铜元素的含量。结果表明:喷施氨基酸铜后,接种棉花黄萎病的感病棉株的根、茎、叶中的铜元素的含量明显高于喷施清水的对照棉株。 Copper in the root, stem and leaf of cotton which was infected by Verticillium wilt was sprayed with cupric complexes of glycine and water. Each of them was dried and skived and was respectively measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the content of copper in the root, stem and leaf of cotton sprayed with the cupric complexes of glycine was obviously higher than the cotton sprayed with water.
